We heart Matt

I’m going to start with an apology. As you may have noticed, I’ve been off the scene a little while. I’m a busy and important person you see.

Anyhow, this blog is long overdue, and today I’m going to give my overview of two cakes I made – both chocolate. One for Meredith quite a few months ago, and the other for our ‘go to’ production genius Matt.

The good: Lets start with Matt. Two words – Kinder and choc chips. (That’s more than two words, Lando. Ed.) Need I say more? (No. Less. Ed.)

It was a choc chip cake covered in Kinder chocolate. YUM! Mere’s was a different breed of choc. I suppose you’d call it Devil’s Food – that rich, thick chocolate that has you craving for more.

The bad: Considering I’d just watched two episodes of Gossip Girl season three (I’m a tad addicted), my concentration was slightly lacking when it came to the icing on Matt’s cake. The Kinder sprinkles made up for that though.

Delicious? Yes. And yes. Meredith I think especially found her cake a much-needed break. As you can see from the picture, she was too busy to come to the party. So we brought the party to her! Booyah!
